Anyone can move a bin. What you are actually buying is proof that every load left your property legally and arrived where it was supposed to. Generator liability does not end at your gate, so our documentation is built to survive an audit rather than to close an invoice.

Licensed Waste Handling
Regulated and hazardous streams moved under the approvals those streams require, to receivers licensed to accept them. Nothing is routed to a facility that cannot legally take it.

Manifested Chain of Custody
Every regulated load is manifested from your gate to its receiving facility. You hold the record showing where it went and who signed for it.

WSIB Covered
Current WSIB clearance held at all times and issued to your office before we attend. Every person on your property is covered.

Fully Insured
Commercial general liability and environmental coverage appropriate to the scope, with certificates naming your project where the contract requires it.

Trained Crews
WHMIS, transportation of dangerous goods, confined space, working at heights and asbestos operations training kept current, with records available on request.

Documented Close-Out
Manifests, weigh tickets, diversion tonnage, clearance certificates and photographs supplied as one package at completion.

Every document below comes as part of the job, not as a favour when an auditor asks. If your insurer, your parent company or a tender needs something else on file, name it at the site walk and it comes with the package.

One per regulated load, from your gate to the licensed receiver.
Weigh Tickets
Actual scale weights, not estimates, per load and per stream.
Diversion Reporting
Tonnage recycled versus landfilled, in a form you can use for ESG or tender reporting.
WSIB Clearance Certificate
Current and valid for the duration of the work.

Clearance Air Testing
Third-party results for every asbestos enclosure before it comes down.
