Do you do construction or restoration work?
No. We remove, demolish, clear and dispose. We do not build, repair or restore, which means we are never quoting the rebuild we just created work for.

Can one company really take all of our streams?
That is the reason we exist. Asbestos, mould, hazardous streams, bulk load-out and full property cleanouts run on one account with one contact, rather than four vendors who each handle a slice.

How are you different from a national hauler?
Same licensing and documentation, without the call centre. You get the family on the phone, and pricing that is not built around a national account structure you do not fit.

Do you respond outside business hours?
Yes. Dispatch is answered 24 hours a day. A load down across a lot at 2am, or a unit that has to be cleared before a Monday inspection, is a normal call rather than an exception.

Will the paperwork satisfy an auditor or a tender?
Manifests, weigh tickets, diversion tonnage and clearance certificates are supplied as one package, in a form you can pass upward without rewriting it.

Are you insured?
Fully insured, with current WSIB clearance. Certificates and training records are sent as a vendor package on request, before we mobilize rather than after you ask.

Do you rent out bins?
No. We are not a bin rental company. Where a job needs containers we arrange them through local haulers as part of the scope, so the bin on your property is one line on our quote rather than a rental you manage.
